Meet Scott:
Scott's entire career has also been driven by a desire for helping people. His clients are and always will be his first priority. Scott brings nineteen years of diverse business and sales experience to his real estate business. He is committed to providing professional service, which includes communicating regularly, sharing his comprehensive market knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.
A past business owner, Scott is a resourceful problem solver, paying close attention to details, especially the small ones. His representation is based upon strong and thoughtful negotiating skills. Scott feels morally obligated to do the best job possible for his clients. He treats his client's transaction as if it were his own, educating and advising his clients so they feel comfortable making this large, personal financial decision.

Born and raised in Piedmont, Scott is a graduate of Piedmont High School and earned his B.A. in Social Science from the University of California at Berkeley. He currently lives in Piedmont with his wife, Karen, and two children, Georgia and Skip. His family tree encompasses five generations in Piedmont and Oakland, where both parents and all four of his grandparents were raised. In fact, his paternal great grandmother was one of the first female residential real estate agents in Piedmont in the 1920s.
Scott, passionate about giving back to his community, is very active with youth sports in Piedmont. Scott currently sits on the Piedmont Baseball, Basketball and Softball boards, and loves to spend his free time coaching and working with young kids.
Meet Kent:
Kent Hill has been a leading real estate and business professional in the Bay Area for over 20 years. His clients continually benefit from the breadth of experience and knowledge he brings to each transaction as a seasoned real estate and business professional. As a top producing sales agent in the San Francisco Bay Area, he knows his markets and understands how to protect and promote his clients' best interests when buying and selling properties.
Mr. Hill gained a strong background in commercial real estate transactions as a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Company. While there, he specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and office R&D properties and represented such clients as Catullus and Lincoln Properties.
For eight years Mr. Hill and his twin brother Scott enjoyed a very successful entrepreneur hiatus from real estate when they started TwinHill Golf Company. The Hill twins designed and manufactured men's golf apparel and distributed their clothing to pro shops and resorts throughout the United States and around the world.
The Hill's sold TwinHill Golf Company in 2002 to the Men's Wearhouse.
Kent reentered the real estate market joining Pacific Union Real Estate and later Hill & Co. Real Estate in San Francisco specializing in residential and investment properties. Mr. Hill quickly became a top producer where he successfully brokered forty transactions including single family homes, Co-Op's, TIC's, new construction, multi family and condominiums in his first five years.
Most recently Mr. Hill joined forces again with his twin brother Scott to recapture the magic they experienced a few years earlier. Kent and Scott currently work for Highland Partners in Piedmont, California assisting clients with their residential real estate needs. Additionally, the Hill's will be purchasing themselves distressed properties to fix up and sell.
