When Tressa moved to Napa 24 years ago, she started working in the wine industry which helped her gain the knowledge of the area and her personal passion for wine. Her husband Kevin, who owned a general contracting business, introduced her to the world of real estate through R.H. Hess Development, a full-service real estate firm with nearly 40 years of experience in both residential and commercial projects. The Ohio native went to school in the Buckeye State and the Big Apple where she studied Fine Arts. Before falling in love with California, Tressa spent a few months hiking in the Land Down Under ("Fun fact: I was a missing backpacker in Australia!") Now the Realtor ranges from Napa to Calistoga, where her housing knowledge and passion for wine make her a popular tour and home guide. When not serving clients, Tressa likes to spend time with her family. Annual trips to the city at Christmas and spending time in Tahoe have special memories. Tressa has two college-age daughters, Desiree and Stella. Both participate in athletics at their respective schools. One even has a hand in bottling her first wine, a Cab-Cab Franc blend. Besides wine, Tressa's passions include art, hiking, the ocean and, of course, people. Tressa contributes her success to supportive family and friends.
