About
Hi, I’m Sydney Williams, a proud East Bay native and your dedicated real estate resource with Corcoran Icon Properties. I was born in Oakland, raised in Piedmont, and returned to the Bay Area in 2020 to be closer to family after earning my degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. With a background in Sociology and Political Science—and a certificate in Peace & Conflict Education—I’ve built my career on understanding people, solving problems, and creating meaningful connections. Before entering real estate, I led the tennis department at The Hills Swim & Tennis Club, helped shape globally impactful environmental and agricultural policy through my work with the Hawaii State Senate, and worked with a mission-driven PR agency to promote nonprofits focused on multiculturalism, civil rights, and youth development. Real estate runs in my family. Growing up around property investment and renovation sparked the passion I now carry into my own career. I chose to become a Realtor to help others navigate what can feel like an overwhelming process—leveraging my strong understanding of the industry’s potential—and a desire to help others access it. My goal is to be a resource of resources, providing clear, confident guidance from start to finish. As a member of the DiMaggio Betta Group, a top-producing team known for its expertise and integrity, I offer a full-service experience that’s backed by generations of local market insight. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just exploring your options, I’m here to make the process feel less stressful and more empowering. When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the tennis court, exploring new restaurants, supporting causes I care about, or volunteering with organizations like the San Francisco Junior League, Burners Without Borders, and Oakland Natives Give Back's Girls Equity Movement. I believe that homeownership can be a powerful step toward stability and mobility—and I’m committed to making that step more accessible for others. Let’s work together to find not just a house, but a sense of home.
