Before Paula’s leap to Real Estate, she was a founding partner of Boyce::Mangin, a successful strategic media planning and buying consultancy of 21 years, working with everybody from Google, Facebook, Roku and Stanford Medicine Children’s Health to Dr. Martens, Levi’s, West Elm and Frye Boots. During this time, she also co-founded the style blog blankstareblink.com and guest wrote for The Huffington Post where they “gave father time the finger.” Prior to Boyce::Mangin, Paula opened the San Francisco Office of Palisades Media, was a Partner and Media Director at OWNP, ran media for the San Francisco office of BBDO, and supervised media at Chiat/Day. She also served as Co-President of the San Francisco Advertising Club and co-founded the San Francisco Advertising Club’s Media School, which trained and mentored young media professionals. Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University and holds the Bay Area in her heart. She spent her formative years in the “EB” – East Bay suburbs of Hayward and Fremont, before moving to San Francisco after college – her dream after years of taking BART to explore the City. She has never left. In her spare time, Paula is a fashion illustrator/urban sketcher who held her first gallery show a few years back. She also captains and plays USTA tennis for multiple teams, can pop into a headstand and bake a mean pie. Up until last year, she also held the world record for drawing Fred Flintstone the fastest. This is not a joke.
