We are Mike and Jules Guzzardo, Your Boating professionals, and we’ve been working in Real Estate (licensed since 1990) for over 30 years. If we are not showing homes, you'll most likely find us on the water with friends and family. Sometimes we are even showing homes by boat! Along with team member Jenny Biczkow, we are experts on the Delta Lifestyle because we live it every day. Our core focus is East Contra Costa County with 3 local offices (2 in Brentwood and 1 in Discovery Bay).

We also have agent partners all over the Bay Area and most states throughout the nation to help you Nationwide.
