Michael C. Bosch has forty-four years of experience in Real Estate Sales and International Marketing. He has also served as a Director of public, private, and non-profit corporations, and acted as a Trustee to private trusts. He has also served as a consultant to the Agency for International Development for the U.S. State Department. In Business Development, and Real Estate sales Mr. Bosch has been with Marriott in a marketing and sales capacity in both Hawaii and Asia. Currently, he is with Corcoran Global Living a National Real Estate company. In his real estate career, Mr. Bosch has been responsible for over 2 billion dollars in real estate transactions, and he has negotiated over 300 investment sales, acquisitions, and closings. In Real Estate he has been with Coldwell Banker in both Marin County CA and in Indian Wells in the California Desert, as well as Berkshire Hathaway in Palm Desert. Mr. Bosch has served as a Registered Agent for the Eastern European Travel Board, consisting of seven Eastern European countries. In addition, he has directed intercultural exchanges with Cuba and took the first group of Americans and journalists to visit Cuba after the revolution. Professionally, Mr. Bosch served as a Consultant to the U.S. State Department, Agency for International Development as a member of a Business Management Team evaluating the private enterprise sector of the Egyptian economy. He has also worked as a consultant to the Government of Jamaica, for the Ocha Rios Development Board; served as a General Manager of a corporation doing business with the People's Republic of China; and as an appointed Business Agent to the Greek Government. Mr. Bosch has a proven ability to assume corporate responsibilities and to communicate effectively with professionals in the executive management, legal, and financial field. He has held executive positions with Peat Marwick as a consultant; Merrill Lynch as an Equity Advisor; Consolidated Capital as a Senior Vice President, and as a member of the Board of Directors. With Marriott International, he has held international sales positions. In the national media, Mr. Bosch has appeared on nationwide television and radio and has been interviewed nationally by CBS, and by the Wall Street Journal on real estate. Mr. Bosch has a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland with a major in Business Administration. He holds a California Real Estate License.
