When joining his brokerage, I was fairly new to the Real Estate field and was hoping to "learn the ropes" from a seasoned professional. While Michael absolutely provided that, I was pleasantly surprised by how warm and affable he was. Michael displays a genuine warmth and respect for all his colleagues. I remember having a couple of particularly unique and challenging situations regarding contracts, and both times Michael was happy to walk me through all the options and explain the pros and cons of each. Not only did his guidance help to ensure the contracts went through to everyone's satisfaction, but his candor and relaxed demeanor helped me feel valued and supported. When working with Michael, not only will he generously share his knowledge and experience, but ensure you're working in an environment where you're respected and valued.

As he made me feel so comfortable and confident about his personality and management style when I saw his interaction with his team. I must say that they way he interacts with some of his agents made me feel happy as he acts like their friends of many years . As he talks to them the same way, same jokes or so in order to make them comfortable. As this was not be done in most of the other business settings I have worked through out my career in the US and abroad. I do respect and love him more than a manager, broker more like almost an uncle, or so.
