Hi, I’m Kati. I’ve called Humboldt County home for over a decade after moving from Dallas, Texas and quickly falling in love with the redwoods and strong sense of community here. Real estate runs in my family — my grandmother was a broker for over 50 years — and my background in mortgage finance, sales, and asset management allows me to guide clients with both strategy and care. I’m a strong communicator and negotiator, and I focus on making the process clear, smooth, and aligned with your goals. Outside of real estate, I’m a local yoga teacher and international retreat host. That work has shaped how I show up — grounded, attentive, and easy to work with. I love spending time in nature, traveling, and being at home with my husband and our chihuahua, Nano.
