About
I specialize in helping people from outside the area make a successful move to Humboldt County. Whether you’re a retiree looking for a slower pace of life, a remote worker seeking more space and nature, or someone simply ready for a change, I help buyers navigate the process of finding the right home and community in Humboldt. I work with clients relocating from San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, San Jose, Sacramento, Santa Barbara, Oregon, and other parts of California and the West Coast. Beyond helping clients buy and sell real estate, I take the time to help people understand what it’s actually like to live here—from rural properties, wells and septic systems to acreage, flood zones, towns, and the different communities that make Humboldt unique. My goal is to make the transition to Humboldt feel less overwhelming and more like an exciting new chapter.
I’ve called Humboldt County home for many years, and my connection to the area goes beyond real estate. I attended Cal Poly Humboldt, where I studied Natural Resources, and later served as a Peace Corps volunteer—experiences that shaped my appreciation for people, different communities, and the natural world. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, kayaking, crabbing, exploring the coast and rivers, and trying the local food Humboldt has to offer. I’m naturally curious and enjoy getting to know people and hearing what brings them to a new place. I bring that same approach to real estate: honest communication, local knowledge, and a genuine interest in helping people find a place that fits the life they want to live.
