Originally from County Cork, Ireland, John Murphy has had a lifelong interest in Real Estate, which led to him studying the field in school, earning a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Real Estate from Limerick Institute of Technology, where he graduated in the Top 10% of his class. Since moving to San Francisco in 2008, John has worked as a property manager, foreman and lead carpenter, general contractor, broker and agent - learning and mastering each of these integral parts of the local real estate industry. John's knowledge and experience from construction and property management have provided him with a solid foundation to guide his clients on a path to making informed decisions to reach their real estate goals. John is also an investor in San Francisco real estate, strengthening his intimate knowledge of the city's layout, and further providing him with excellent market knowledge and real estate investment expertise. He joined the brokerage in 2017, a decision made based on the company's support, innovation and resources, all aimed at helping him achieve the best results for his clients. John is a big sports fan, closely following the Golden State Warriors, as well as teams from his native Ireland. His favorite sports are soccer, rugby, hurling and Gaelic football.
