As the founding Chief Technology Officer at Corcoran Icon Properties, I lead a Technology team that maintains a 98% satisfaction score with our agents and staff. I started my career 20 years ago at the front desk and helped launch companies from the ground up in real estate, health care, and video production. I build scalable systems, lead with empathy, and utilize data-driven strategies to drive platform adoption and optimize processes. When I'm not at my desk, I enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest with my wife, tinkering with open-source software, or sampling a new food truck.
