Before real estate, Gretchen spent more than 15 years as a photographer and business owner, building a career centered on trust, intuition, and guiding people through meaningful life moments. That foundation continues to shape the way she works today. She listens closely, leads with empathy, and creates a sense of calm and confidence for her clients as they navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. Gretchen’s connection to Healdsburg extends far beyond the homes themselves. She is a co-founder and board member of the Healdsburg Housing Trust, where she is actively engaged in addressing the middle-income housing crisis and supporting the long-term health of the community she loves. Her life here has been shaped by family, the Russian River, local gatherings, and the distinct beauty and rhythm of Healdsburg living. Outside of real estate, Gretchen enjoys dancing, ceramics, painting, wine tasting, great food, and time with family and friends around the Plaza.
