Coming from a third-generation Healdsburg family, she offers clients an insider’s understanding of the community along with a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach that helps people feel at ease through every step of the process. Before real estate, Gretchen spent more than 20 years as a business owner, building a career centered on trust, intuition, and guiding people through meaningful life moments. That foundation continues to shape the way she works today. She listens closely, leads with empathy, and creates a sense of calm and confidence for her clients as they navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. Gretchen’s connection to Healdsburg extends far beyond the homes themselves. She is a co-founder and board member of the Healdsburg Housing Trust, where she actively addresses the middle-income housing crisis and supports the long-term health of the community she loves. Her work with the Trust also informs her commercial real estate practice, with a special interest in multifamily housing, land, and development. Outside of real estate, Gretchen enjoys dancing, ceramics, painting, wine tasting, great food, and time with family and friends around the Plaza.
