Meet Kathy: Kathy DeGraef could almost be called a Calaveras County native. Having resided along the Highway 4 corridor for over 40 years, one could say that she knows the area extremely well. Kathy says, "I just love it here and everything our county has to offer." With this knowledge she enjoys showing her clients all Calaveras County has to present, and is always up for learning new things about the area from people with different interests than her own. Kathy says that Calaveras County is certainly a wonderful place to recreate, vacation, call home, or simply enjoy life. Kathy prides herself in being strong, aggressive, and extremely motivated. She also makes every client a #1 priority. Kathy has had great success in her business and continues to always strive for excellence. "Every day in this business is challenging, fun, and inspiring. No matter what price range I am working in, I get a tremendous amount of enjoyment helping someone buy their dream home or sell their current home here locally. I never forget what I do helps someone to fulfill their dreams. I think people have a perception of what real estate agents do, and they don't fully realize what it entails. When not in the office or working from her home office, Kathy enjoys motorcycle riding, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, and everything else that involves being outdoors. Meet Greg: Growing up as a third generation Calaveras County resident, Greg Byers is no stranger to Arnold and the surrounding area. After leaving the area in 2005 and working as a custom cabinetmaker he would soon find himself returning to the area that was always his home. From fishing the many lakes and streams, to hiking and camping, Greg enjoys taking advantage of the many outdoor activities Calaveras County has to offer. Priding himself on his strong work ethic, hard work and dedication, Greg wants others to be able to experience how great of a place Calaveras County is to live and and would love to help make that dream become a reality.
