Born and raised in Sonoma County, Brook jokes that she was "born" to sell homes as she was actually born in a home in Guerneville. As a lifetime resident, Brook has extraordinary knowledge of the local community, and represents buyers and sellers throughout Sonoma County with equal finesse. After graduating Santa Clara University, she began her real estate career in 2004, and operates exclusively on referrals and repeat clients. Skilled in marketing and contract negotiation, she has a calm and trusting persona that is greatly appreciated by her clients, particularly those entering their first real estate transaction. Brook lives by her tagline “Communication-Care-Community” and it is core to all she does and aspires towards both professionally and personally. One of her favorite days of the year is her Client Appreciation Pie Party before Thanksgiving - it's a day of celebrating with her clients and she enjoys bringing them together and helping facilitate a connected community for all! Brook’s goal is to always provide outstanding service based on ethics, values and client care, thus earning the trust and loyalty of her clients as life-long relationships. In her free time, Brook enjoys volunteering at the Redwood Empire Food Bank, seeing as much live music as possible, traveling to new places, and entertaining at her home.
