Brad James established a relationship with Zephyr Real Estate this year, but is no stranger to the world of real estate. After an adventurous 20-year stint as a professional singer, songwriter and musician, Brad's interest was ignited by the real estate industry. Attracted by the art of the deal, and the fact that no two days are alike, Brad decided to join the ranks of the creative, and diverse, spectrum of Realtors. After attending Colorado State University, Brad headed west to California, stepping into a thriving career in music. Two decades later, he ventured into work as an executive recruiter, head of client services and sales in film, and then VP of sales specializing in syndicated television commercials. As he navigated the world of possibilities, he segued into commercial leasing, which led to a director position specializing in apartment renovations. It didn't take Brad long to polish his accumulated array of skills and put roots down in the Bay Area real estate industry as an agent initially for North Beach Properties. Brad's exceptional communication skills, sense of adventure and creative resourcefulness have supported his steadfast focus on achieving the most desirable results for his clients. His passion for sparking and fostering dynamic relationships with his clients allows him to seamlessly share a vision with the people he works with, creating partnerships to help them reach their goals. This exemplary approach to his client relationships has awarded him with a thriving referral business. The world of music is still alive and flourishing for Brad. When he isn't forging lifelong bonds, and making dreams come true, he performs benefit concerts for a variety of organizations, and continues to perform in public and write and record songs in his home studio. Playing basketball is also at the top of his priority list, as he actively participates in coaching CYO basketball for St. Pats in Larkspur.
