Alex Chapman is a real estate professional and lifelong Sonoma County resident. He and his wife are proudly raising their baby girl here, giving him a personal understanding of what home truly represents: family, stability, and a place to grow and thrive. Alex was drawn to real estate because it demands both strategy and integrity. Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant financial decisions a person can make, and he believes it deserves preparation, transparency, and steady advocacy. He is committed to mastering his craft, building long-term relationships, and earning trust through consistent results. Before transitioning into real estate, Alex spent twelve years in the hospitality industry, including eight years bartending in some of Sonoma County’s busiest and most popular restaurants. These fast-paced environments sharpened his communication, composure, trust, and work ethic. He has also spent more than two decades dedicated to music, earning an Associate of Arts in Guitar Performance from Musicians Institute in Los Angeles. Years of creative practice helped him hone discipline, focus, and attention to detail. Outside of work, he enjoys running, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, outdoor adventures, and spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
