Blackhawk

Welcome to Blackhawk

Located at the base of Mt. Diablo, Blackhawk is an exclusive master-planned community located east of Danville. Its 4,800 acres include a country club, two golf courses, a sports complex, an amphitheater, an Olympic-size pool and swim club, a tennis club, several restaurants, and the nearby shopping area, Blackhawk Plaza. Security is round-the-clock, and all gated entries to the upscale communities are staffed 24/7.

Six neighborhoods house upwards of 9,300 residents. Home and lot sizes vary from the sprawling five-acre lots in Saddleback to the luxurious condos in Silveroak. Thousands of acres of open space are designated as permanent open lands to maintain the vision of the community as planned by developer Ken Behring in the 1970s.

Located a few miles northeast of the juncture of I-580 and I-680, most Bay Area employment, entertainment, and sports venues are fairly convenient to Blackhawk in this upscale utopia.
