Bill is a Sonoma County native, born and raised in Sebastopol. Since 1989 he has represented clients in residential, farm, ranch, land and investment properties throughout Sonoma County. With a strong background in goal setting, developing strategies, planning and analysis he is able to offer each client a unique service proposition.
Bill’s business model is based on respect, trust, communication and collaboration. His real estate background includes a variety of experiences and skill sets that have stemmed from field experience and past leadership roles as a Senior Vice President for Coldwell Banker, Northern Calif. and Chief Operating Officer for Pacific Union. In addition he has earned numerous industry awards for service over the years including being named 2013 Realtor of Year for the Sebastopol Chapter of Realtors.
