Kuntala has a real passion for real estate, which is readily apparent in her dedication to her clients. Whether dealing with a home or investment property, Kuntala's clients appreciate her honesty, integrity and work ethic, as well as her winning combination of real estate expertise, negotiating skills, and persistence in fulfilling each client's unique needs. From start to finish, Kuntala helps her sellers determine property value, properly stage their homes in the most flattering light, provide maximum exposure and, when the offers arrive, use her expert negotiating skills to assist her sellers in obtaining the highest possible price for their property. She leads her buyers through every step of the process, from obtaining financing, learning the neighborhood and finding the property to negotiation, inspection, appraisal and closing escrow. Kuntala understands that the buying and selling of real estate is one of the most important lifetime decisions her clients will make. Her aim is to represent their best interests, to help them make educated decisions, maximize the outcome and achieve their goals. In recognition of her work to date, Kuntala has been a recipient of the President's Club's Sales Achievement Award. Originally from Hong Kong, Kuntala attended high school at the prestigious St. Paul Co-Educational College in Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. An alumnus of Brown University, Kuntala and her husband, Raymond, are the proud parents of Jennifer and Vincent, both of whom are also graduates of Brown University. Prior to entering real estate, Kuntala worked as a high school teacher, a medical technologist as well as a supervisor in a medical laboratory. After discovering her passion for real estate, Kuntala became a top producer at Hammond Residential Real Estate in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area. After working at Zephyr Real Estate (now Corcoran Icon Properties), Kuntala has been a Top Producer since 2016. Kuntala has knowledge of various real estate markets and has bought, sold, owned and overseen the renovation of properties in San Francisco, Boston, New York City, Philadelphia and Hong Kong. Kuntala has traveled extensively throughout America, Europe, Australia and Asia and, along the way, has developed a network of international clients. When not at work, she enjoys biking, skiing, hiking, tennis and spending her days around town, but loves most to come back to her Mission Bay home in San Francisco.
