Corcoran Icon Properties proudly served as a Diamond Sponsor of the North Bay Association of REALTORS® (NorBAR) Annual Meeting and Board Installation, commemorating the association’s 30th anniversary and welcoming its newly installed leadership.
The annual meeting brought together NorBAR members, past presidents, board and committee leaders, and industry partners to recognize sustained service to the association and the broader real estate community. Thirteen Past Presidents were in attendance, underscoring the depth of leadership and institutional knowledge that continues to guide NorBAR forward.
Several Corcoran Icon Properties leaders were recognized for their long-standing contributions to the association. Mike Lagoyda, Sonoma County Sales Manager and 2025 Treasurer, was installed as 2026 President-Elect and is slated to serve as NorBAR President in 2027. Chris Wunderlich, Napa Valley Sales Manager, received the Advocacy Champion Award in recognition of his ongoing commitment to advancing housing policy and REALTOR® advocacy. Past Presidents Cory Maguire, David Kerr, and Chris Wunderlich were also acknowledged for their years of leadership and service.
The meeting also featured remarks from California State Senator Mike McGuire, who spoke to NorBAR members about the association’s continued advocacy efforts in support of housing policy and regional priorities affecting the North Bay.

Celebrating the installation of new leadership alongside three decades of impact was a powerful reminder of what sustained involvement can accomplish.”
