Corcoran Icon Properties is proud to announce that Brentwood Realtor® Kortney Maddock has been selected as a 2025 California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) Rising Star. The award recognizes newer agents across the state who are making a strong impact early in their careers.
The Rising Star Award, created in partnership with brokerages across California, highlights agents who demonstrate professionalism, dedication, and a focus on client success. Kortney has quickly made her mark in the East Bay, combining market knowledge, innovative marketing, and a commitment to guiding clients through every step of the buying or selling process.

Kortney will be formally recognized at YPN Ignite on September 15, 2025, at the Gaylord Pacific in Chula Vista, alongside other Rising Star recipients from across the state. The awards will also be highlighted at the C.A.R. Member Director Forum.
