Kimberly Keisling Named 2025 REALTOR® of the Year by Humboldt Association of REALTORS®

Kimberly Keisling of Corcoran Icon Properties was honored with the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year Award at the Humboldt Association of REALTORS® (HAR) Installation and Awards Dinner, celebrating her dedication, leadership, and the impact she has made on both the Association and the Humboldt County community.

Since joining HAR in 2014, Kimberly has been a trusted and active member. She serves on multiple committees, including Education and Member Services, Professional Standards, the Sewer Lateral Task Force, and the Board of Directors, and regularly participates in classes, fundraisers, and Association events, consistently demonstrating initiative and leadership. The HAR REALTOR® of the Year award recognizes members who set a standard of professionalism, leadership, and community service, and Kimberly exemplifies all of these qualities.

Her contributions go well beyond the Association. Kimberly is deeply involved in community initiatives, including Keep Eureka Beautiful, Eureka Old Town Stewards, and Humboldt Roller Derby. Whether through volunteering, educational initiatives, or mentoring, she consistently contributes to her community’s well-being.

2025 was a standout year for Kimberly professionally. She sold 20 homes, hosted “Walk and Talk” events with fellow HAR members to educate local buyers, and created social media content to help prospective homeowners feel informed and confident. When HAR temporarily lost administrative staff, Kimberly stepped in to help keep the office running smoothly, a perfect example of her commitment to her team and community.
