I am Yanely Ruiz, a proud real estate agent with Corcoran Icon Properties. I am passionate and excited to start helping people find their perfect home in Marin County. I graduated from College in 2022 with degrees in administration on justice and social and behavioral science. Initially, I considered a career as a parole officer because I wanted to help people reintegrate into society. Since I was a kid, I have always known I wanted to do something where I could get to know people. I then realized my true passion lies in assisting others without needing firearms in a more personal and positive environment. This led me to the world of real estate, where I can combine my love for human services with my desire to make a meaningful impact in people's lives. Before joining the real estate industry, I worked at a pet store, where I enjoyed interacting with pets and their owners, giving them advice on nutrition guidance and pet training. I now work running the front desk at a clinic facility. I love to stay active; I exercise nearly every day. My partner and I like to stay active by going on walks around San Rafael and hiking at China Camp. We also love to explore the beautiful places of San Francisco; we often spend our free time walking by Pier 39, coffee or ice cream in hand, enjoying delicious food, talking for hours, and taking photos of such stunning views.
