It seems I was born to be a Realtor. My grandfather was in Real Estate, and my mom was a Realtor, too. She tells me I was negotiating at age four (but probably most moms encounter that with a four year old). In any case, I love what I do, and the people I work with. It's one of the few jobs where you can actually choose with whom you do business, and by working with people I enjoy, there are few limits to what I will do for them (within the law, of course !). I am also proud to say that over 50 % of my business comes from referrals and about 25% from repeat clients. A lot of the remainder comes from First Time Home Buyers. I still remember buying my first home. It was an exciting experience, one that I try to duplicate for every one of my First Time Buyers. My feeling is that the more my clients know, the better decisions they can make, and the happier they will be with the results. A lot of the stress and anxiety from buying or selling a home comes from the unknown. It's always been my goal to explain every option and help with every decision, so that the process becomes more enjoyable, and a lot less frustrating. If you are searching for an agent who will be with you every step of the way and is willing to go that one step beyond, I am that type of Realtor. Patience, personal relationships, strategy and attention to detail are my strengths. I would very much look forward to the opportunity to help you in your next Real Estate transaction.
