Tina was awesome! I had a goal to purchase my Cabin up North and Tina made it happen! Tina is exceptionally dedicated to her work and traveled long distances for me to see a variety of cabins in Northern California. Because she is knowledgeable with all different types of homes that are in various locations across California, she put her best foot forward and asked questions that I wasn't even familiar with (from Septic Tanks to Arborist Inspections to HOA Fees, Climate/Environment....Oh...and WILDLIFE...Bears in particular!). My sister and I live out of state, we were trustees of an estate. We called a company looking for a Discovery Bay Realtor, luckily Tina Fagundes answered. Tina handled EVERYTHING! I was in Arkansas and she was so knowledgeable about the area of the property I inherited in Discovery Bay, I never seen it. Tina walked me through what steps to take to get the most out of money for my property. She even scheduled everything and sent weekly updates via text and email. I found Tina to be both professional and personable which made the scary and exciting experience of buying the perfect house a joy. I felt comfortable putting my hopes and desires in her competent hands and for a single older woman, that is important. I knew that she heard what I wanted in a home so we didn't spend time looking at wouldn't work for me. She went to bat for me whenever there was an issue and even though she said it her job, I felt wonderfully supported. Tina is the hardest working agent in the Biz!!!! We dove into our home sale at a very difficult time and she was able to smooth out every speed bump in our path. She communicated every step of the way, day or night to insure that we were comfortable with all decisions that were being made. Tina has been helping me purchase homes for 10+ years. I have purchased one home for myself and a handful of others from her as investments. She's friendly and really pays attention to what her client wants and needs. SHE IS ON IT, even when I'm being really picky and turn down her suggestions, she never gives up and keeps trying to find me the right one. She knows Discovery Bay and the surrounding area well, including the nearby cities, Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, Pittsburg, Martinez. When purchasing my current personal residence I was on a budget. I was looking in a lot of different neighborhoods in the nearby cities trying to find basically the cheapest house I can get. There's a website I'm not familiar with but every house that I was considering, Tina looked up on the Internet the crime rate and types of crimes happening in that neighborhood and nearby. This helped tremendously in my decision, I could've ended up in a bad neighborhood with my children. That didn't happen because she cared enough to do that type of investigating for me. She is so patient with me. I had her jumping through hoops and she was more than happy to do that. She found the right house for me and my children in a neighborhood we're safe in. I recommend Tina as a realtor for all types of buyers. Whether you're shopping for a home for yourself or if you're an investor. She's ready to jump through those hoops. You'll be happy with the results.

Tina did a great job. She clearly knew the area and was committed to match us to a home. She was one of 3 agents we initially attempted to engage to assist us. The other two never followed up while Tina was always searching and checking in with us. She had great patience as we made 3 separate offers on 3 different homes until, on the 4th we were successful. During the sale process she was also helpful in negotiation and determining what we should attempt to secure from the seller after inspections were completed. I would highly recommend her and use her again should we have additional needs.
