A full time San Francisco Real Estate Sales Professional since 1994, I have experienced many market changes and dynamics and have assisted clients in a variety of situations.
Although I have been in California since 1985, I am a Midwestern at heart, graduating from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana with a Bachelor of Architecture.
I learn by doing. Practicing architecture and owning and remodeling homes on my own got me into the real estate business. My cumulative experiences as a landlord, project and construction manager, design instructor and laborer all add up to me. I am known in the real estate industry for my open, honest, no-nonsense communication with both clients and fellow agents alike. I do not consider myself a traditional real estate sales agent by any stretch of the imagination.
A great listener, I am respectful, sensitive to busy schedules and not pushy. My style is direct and honest so that you can make the best decisions. Our first meetings will be to establish a clear understanding of your goals, catch you up to current marketplace dynamics and get us on the same page; then we can work on finding the best strategy to get you to where you want to go.
Loyalty, mutual trust and communication are the most important attributes we will share in our working relationship. I have developed many cherished repeat clients and friendships through my business. After your transaction is completed, I stay in touch, available to answer real estate questions and make referrals to other professionals.
I love working with sellers and buyers in both San Francisco and Northern San Mateo County who trust me and allow me to challenge them to make their best decisions. If you are looking outside the Bay Area, please feel free to reach out, as I have some great out of area real estate contacts that may be able to help you.
