Pam Parker Murphy has called San Francisco home since 1986, when she moved to the City for college. After earning a BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a minor in Business Human Resources, she built a successful 28-year career in HR—most recently as a consultant and strategic advisor to top tech companies. Her background sharpened her skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and strategic planning—all of which she now brings to her thriving real estate business.
A passionate advocate for homeownership and financial independence, Pam bought her first home in her early 30s after years of disciplined saving—a life-changing milestone that fuels her desire to help others achieve the same goal. She’s known as a true advisor rather than a salesperson, offering clients thoughtful guidance, strong advocacy, and a steady hand throughout every transaction.
Clients often describe Pam as authentic, hardworking, and strategic. She excels at coaching buyers and sellers through complex decisions, protecting their interests, and helping them build wealth through real estate. Whether prepping a home for market or negotiating for a first-time buyer, Pam operates with integrity, transparency, and genuine care.
Married and proud to have raised her son (and a few beloved dogs) in San Francisco, Pam has received accolades including Rookie of the Year, Top Producer, and Top 1% of agents nationwide.
Deeply engaged in her community, Pam is a founding member and volunteer of the Detroit Steps Project in Sunnyside, serves on the Sunnyside Neighborhood Association, and supports nonprofits like Project Open Hand and Friends of the Urban Forest. She’s also a devoted dog lover, beachgoer, and music fan who enjoys traveling, hosting loved ones, attending Giants games, and exploring the many gems of the Bay Area.
