Nancy has earned real estate awards from her broker including the “Top 15 Producers” at her office and has also earned the Honor Society Award for sales professionals with a minimum of $75,000 Residential Gross Commission Income.
Nancy's area of specialty includes Campbell, Cupertino, Los Gatos, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Monte Sereno, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, San Jose, Santa Clara, and Saratoga as well as the surrounding areas within the Bay Area. Nancy used to live in Monterey Bay so she also sells homes in the Monterey Bay, including Carmel, Carmel-By-The-Sea, Carmel Valley, Del Rey Oaks, Marina, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Sand City and Seaside.
As a licensed Realtor since Year 2002, Nancy began her real estate education at Mason-McDuffie Real Estate School, in Pleasanton, which was also her first broker, where she began her real estate career at Prudential California Realty in Castro Valley. As real estate laws are constantly changing, Nancy continuously is taking courses to keep up to date with current real estate laws as well as general real estate courses in order to ensure the best representation for clients.
Prior to working as a Realtor, Nancy obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations with an emphasis in Business Administration from San Jose State University. She worked in Technology Sales full-time at Firefox Communications Inc., was a college English Tutor and also a children's dance instructor, while attending college full-time in order to avoid school loans. She has always been a hard worker and has had a strong career working in corporate sales, marketing and public relations in the industries of technology, language translation and interpretation as well as the professional skin care industry; she is also a licensed esthetician. Nancy worked as a Public Relations Executive at Alexander Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide in San Francisco and represented tech clients such as Covad Communications and Hewlett Packard’s Small-Medium Business Division. She also enjoyed being a liaison for her clients to the press and analysts by representing tech companies such as XACTT Technologies, Manage.com and Ascend Communications as their public relations representative while working at Gallagher PR.
Nancy has done volunteer work for the Veterans Transition Center (VTC) in Marina, CA by helping to organize a fundraising dinner and jazz performance at VTC in Marina; she recruited well-known local jazz musicians to volunteer their time to provide entertainment for the fundraising event. The VTC provides homeless veterans with the tools to help themselves become independent, productive members of mainstream society. The center serves homeless veterans and their families by providing program participants with housing for up to two years, counseling services, a case manager, life skills training, access to computers, job and job interview skills training and other necessities of life.
Nancy has a special place in her heart for helping battered women and their children. While living in Monterey Bay, Nancy also volunteered her time to raise money for several years to benefit the YWCA Monterey County's Safe House Emergency Shelter for battered women and their children.
