In 2013 I became a Realtor® because I wanted to help people with one of their fundamental needs. Their homes. Helping people buy and sell their homes allows me to make a valuable contribution to the lives of my clients. I find joy in sharing my experience and support, reducing the burden of transition as much as possible, so they can focus on moving in to or on to their next chapter.
It helps I know how to listen. Every person and every situation is different. In order to ensure success, either with buying a home or selling one, I take the time to understand what’s next and to address any concerns there might be. From there we create a plan, making sure to meet every need, and follow it together.
For my buyer clients, I find the sweet spot of what’s going to be great, where, and for how much. I know and love the East Bay and have helped many find just the right nook for them. I have a firm belief homeownership adds to our ability to have a secure and happy future and I’m passionate about helping people understand and achieve it.
Having had a sixteen year career in design, marketing, and production I bring a creative yet structured, no-nonsense approach to showcasing a home to the widest suitable market. When helping to sell, my MBA ensures everything is done with return in mind, decisions are informed and made strategically, and the plan is executed successfully. I find that selling homes is both like creating beautiful art and like running a business at the same time. Finding the balance is what I do best.
