Laura's client objective is simple, "as a real estate professional my goal is to minimize the stresses of real estate transactions through the use of my extensive skill set. My JOB is to listen and hear what my clients needs are, and then achieve THEIR goals."
Her clients value her strong communication skills and experience because it empowers them. They are well informed as to what to expect during the entire transaction whether it be a listing or a sale, so they feel prepared and less stressed as they moved towards a successfully closed escrow.
Her philosophy is equally simple, "a win/win philosophy is necessary to have in real estate. It provides success for everyone involved. My negotiation skills become key throughout the process. Maintaining control even over the most difficult of situations becomes a vital asset."
