Larry is a "transplanted" Easterner, originally from Altoona, PA. His background includes a Master's Degree in Geography from the University of North Carolina, a brief teaching career, and 14 years of commercial real estate as a site analyst and long-range planner for two major corporations headquartered in New York City. A fortunate job transfer brought Larry to San Francisco in 1978 and he has no intention of leaving. A job loss in the recessionary early 1980s (when interest rates were over 20%) dictated a return to school and a new career path into sales. Once teaching geography, he never thought he would one day be selling it. Larry is focused primarily on residential properties - single family homes, condominiums, and smaller multi-unit buildings in all neighborhoods of San Francisco and nearby communities. Professionally, he works closely with clients in a quiet, personable manner, guiding them through the complex and sometimes challenging process of buying or selling property in our beautiful City. He feels client trust and agent integrity are the most important ingredients for success in real estate sales. He believes San Francisco real estate ultimately proves to be a smart investment for those fortunate enough to be living here -- a world class city of awesome physical beauty, fascinating architectural diversity, and unique lifestyle. Education: B.S. in Education, Shippensburg University (Shippensburg, PA)M.A. in Geography, University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill, NC)
