James Carlson, is an experienced Broker Associate, Distressed property expert with certifications as an REO specialist, Short Sale professional (CSP), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). James is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Delta Association of Realtors and a graduate of the Alain Pinel Realtors Masters Training program. James has also completed his nationally recognized GRI designation from the Graduate Realtors Institute with an average grade of 92%. The GRI designation is considered to be the most advanced and comprehensive training program available to Realtors. Jim's passion for ongoing education and knowledge of an ever-changing industry has consistently given him the edge in a competitive profession.
