Elizabeth is a first-generation San Francisco native, born of immigrant parents from Peru. She attended a local catholic school for her elementary education while growing up in the Excelsior district of San Francisco. For high school, she commuted from her beloved city to the Peninsula. After high school, she attended and graduated from San Francisco State University while living in the Noe Valley area and Sunset District of San Francisco. Elizabeth’s education in various neighborhoods in San Francisco and nearby towns helped her experience the richness of the Bay Area at a young age.
After college, Elizabeth began working in the technology industry in Silicon Valley. Again, she found herself spending time and getting to know another part of the Bay Area. Due to the times and her strong work ethic, opportunities for advancement presented themselves readily for Elizabeth. One such career opportunity led her to Denver, Colorado. Elizabeth’s impressive tenure in the Tech Industry speaks to dedication, resourcefulness, creativity and independence of thought she brings to all aspects of her life let alone her work.
After a decade-long stint in Colorado during which she experienced significant career growth and started a family, Elizabeth moved back home to California, to raise her children. First to Southern California and then back to the city she adored, near the parents she loved and admired. Being away allowed Elizabeth to experience other parts of our great country. Moving back home gave her a new perspective for her hometown and its neighboring areas, because both had gone through many changes during her absence.
As a long-time admirer of the area, its diversity, its culture and its architecture, Elizabeth found herself gravitating toward the field of realty. Her years as a resident and extensive exploration of San Francisco and its neighboring cities and towns gives Elizabeth a deep understanding of what the Bay Area has to offer and invaluable and nuanced insight into the region's realty market. She knows some people believe that if they leave
the Bay Area they will not be able to afford to move back. Through first-hand experience, she knows it is possible to come back to live in and enjoy the area. She knows some people believe that the San Francisco Bay Area is not the best place to raise a family. Again, through her own experience, she knows this is a wonderful place to raise one’s children. Once soured by a negative home buying experience of her own that was exacerbated by an uncaring Lender, Elizabeth vows to bring her experience, strong work ethic, dedication and creativity to bear to make the experiences of her clients positive.
