Debbie helped us find the perfect house for our family! We started working with her during the winter when not much was listed and purchasing was very competitive, houses were getting multiple offers and everything was going way over asking. She was patient and kind, putting her many years of experience to work when helping us write our offers. She kept us optimistic even when we didn’t win the bid, she was patient when I asked her to show us oddball houses that she knew weren’t a good fit. By the time summer rolled around we were feeling pretty deflated so we decided to take a break from house shopping. When a house popped up in the area that we DREAMED of living but thought we couldn’t afford, Debbie encouraged us to at least go to the open house. Honestly we almost skipped it, we thought there was no chance we’d ever get it, so why even waste a beautiful summer day at another open house. But we went, we looked around, we told her we loved it but couldn’t afford to offer over asking so we didn’t want her to waste her time writing yet another offer for us. But, she didn’t mind one bit, and she was happy to do it. THANK GOODNESS SHE DID! WE GOT IT! We couldn’t even believe it, we felt like the luckiest people in the world! Thanks to her positivity and expertise we now live in a wonderful neighborhood, in a wonderful house, that our children love just as much as we do. The whole transaction was smooth and enjoyable, Debbie has been in the real estate world for many years, knows all the best people to work with, and works so hard for every single one of her clients, I can not recommend her more!

I have known Debbie for several years and in September of 2018 I was in a position to buy a home...no "brainer" to ask Debbie for her assistance. She immediately put all of my information together...size of home...budget...etc and on to the portal so I could start looking at the inventory. Due to certain circumstances I wasn't able to put an offer on anything for nearly a year but in the mean time is where her reputation and tireless attention to the client came through. No matter how many questions or chances to even look at properties and the "circumstances" she represented what she is so good at time and time again. Finally in August of 2019 one particular property came onto the portal AGAIN...it first showed up nearly at the beginning of this quest but there it was again..."hey Debbie can we go see this...?"...not a problem. So the day it all came down to the wire we went to this neighborhood and even looked at two other properties...I thought "you know I think I want to stick with the one we came for..."...she put the offer in and that same day they accepted...I literally moved in just over a month after we saw the property. Cannot say enough...Debbie is the expert and I will have absolutely no hesitation referring her to anyone...thank you sooooo much Debbie!!!

My family recently purchased our 2nd home, and it was a long process because we were, frankly, looking for an impossible property. Neighborhood, but with a bit of space from neighbors. Low Maintenance, but with a pool. Updated, but not unaffordable. North of Santa Rosa, but not Cloverdale, and no flood concerns. Debbie found us that house. 3x the size of the house we were leaving at only $250K more than our ‘Kitschy starter home’ 16 years later. We could NEVER have done it without her. She is a fantastic real estate professional and person!

My husband and I had been looking for a house for what felt like forever. Debbie never expressed any doubt in all those months of searching, we never felt rushed, and with her guidance we managed to stay aligned with what we wanted in a house. After over a year of looking, we were feeling tired and discouraged, so we decided to take a break - sure enough, a house that fit ALL our criteria came up. We almost skipped the open house because we were so tired of spending all our time at them, but Debbie said we should go, so we did. We loved it, but it was a very competitive time, and this house was at the top of our price range. We had put in other offers and were beat out, so we initially told her not to waste her time because we wouldn't be able to offer more than list price. She reminded us that it was worth putting our hat in the ring, and it was most definitely not a waste of her time, so we did. We got it. We got the house. We could not believe it! If it weren't for Debbie we never would have even tried, and thanks to her, we are living our best life in a home we love. Debbie has been working in real estate for many years, and she has an intuitive feel for it in a way that only all those years of experience can provide. Debbie was very patient with me as I embarked on my first home buying experience several years ago. She clearly explained the process at each step of the way, and went out of her way to accommodate my work schedule to view prospective homes with me. I was impressed with her knowledge of our local market, and grateful that she never tried to push me beyond the price range I was working. If only car shopping was like this!
Once I finally escrow, I appreciated that she coordinated inspections, recommended cleaners and contractors, and made sure everything was moving on schedule.
I was so happy with the entire experience that when my mom was in the market for a home, I referred her to Debbie. Then, barely a year after that, my aunt worked with her, too!
