Prior to real estate, Dale spent two decades in marketing. Most recently he served as a Vice President in Investment Management Marketing for Morgan Stanley, where he was recognized for his creativity, collaborative approach, and ability to develop/implement challenging projects under tight deadlines.
Originally from the Midwest, Dale holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota). He and his husband reside in West Chelsea, NY as well as their own mid-century home in Palm Springs. Every year in February, they excitedly attend Modernism Week there, a huge event that celebrates Palm Spring’s signature mid-century architecture. In New York they also enjoy the High Line, art galleries, restaurants, and Hudson River Dog Park with their English Cocker Spaniel, Splash.
