Claire grew up in the Richmond District of San Francisco, and again lived there with her two boys when they were young. In her 10+ year real estate career, she has delighted in assisting buyers and sellers in neighborhoods across San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma. In SF, Claire can recommend many locations for you if you are new here and don't already have something in mind and suggest many neighborhoods that will be a good fit depending on your goals (proximity to work, the freeway, recreational options, schools). If you already have a strong point of view on where you want to buy, Claire has a keen eye for value in every neighborhood and will provide excellent, personalized service.
Claire attended local schools KDBS, UHS, and UCBerkeley and received her Masters from UPenn in Folklore, the interdisciplinary study of how people live in families and communities. She brings this interest in daily life to her real estate business. Claire has been through the transaction process, personally, many times and at different life stages, so she is attuned to the personal needs of her clients at all stages of life.
Claire dives deep into transaction details to make your purchase or sale go smoothly and possesses unflappable negotiating skills. She represents each client with determination to find the best property for them.
