Claire has seen the benefits of real estate investing since she was a child. Luckily, her grandmother was an influential role model who began flipping houses in the 1970's before it became popular. Claire recognized from an early age that home ownership equated to financial stability and a sense of community belonging. Having the opportunity to facilitate the home buying or selling process for her clients has been rewarding for Claire as well as passing on her grandmother's wisdom. Having grown up in San Jose, CA, Claire then attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where she graduated with a degree in Art History. Her love of art and architecture in conjunction with her natural organizational skills, flexible attitude and detailed oriented nature were a perfect fit for real estate. Claire has had the opportunity to live in architecturally diverse cities including Chicago, San Diego, San Francisco and now sweet little Petaluma for the last four years. Having lived in many different cities, Claire has learned the importance of cultivating relationships and a deeper understanding of what her clients want and need in a new neighborhood and home. Claire chose to join Corcoran Global Living because she was immediately drawn to the Corcoran brand, philosophy of teamwork and collaboration opportunities. When not working with clients, you'll find Claire enjoying the outdoors playing tennis, skiing, paddle boarding and golf.
