Carol Luckenbach, a real estate broker with almost 50 years of experience in counseling clients, marketing a broad range of properties and managing the myriad intricacies of a real estate transaction, brings an outstanding level of expertise and professionalism to her clients.
Her advanced negotiating and marketing skills serve her well in individual representation of clients in their residential and investment needs throughout the state. Her experience includes creating and presenting various investment seminars, including analyzing tax effects of the real estate transactions for individual clients and structuring 1031 tax deferred exchanges. She was the general and managing partner for twelve limited partnerships. Carol has managed an office of over 50 agents, and was director of training for a national franchise organization. As such, she has written and conducted sales and management training programs throughout the United States and Canada. She was the exclusive site locator and independent broker for an international franchise travel organization and has placed over 85 agencies throughout Northern California and Nevada.
Always active in the community, Carol was Youth Director for her church for 5 years and has served on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations. She is a passionate supporter of Women's Council of Realtors and was the 2005 State Chapter President. In 2008 she was awarded the State Chapter Member of the year. Carol is a Director of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, serving on many committees, including Standard Forms (contracts) and Governmental Affairs and Grievances. She has been a Director of California Association of Realtors for many years, fulfilling her passion to protect the rights of Homeownership - she is currently Chair of the Housing Affordability Fund CAR.
Carol performs as a jazz/cabaret singer throughout the Bay area at such venues as the Plush Room, Zingari Ristorante and Savanna Jazz. She also writes, casts, and produces melodramas and cabarets for various organizations.
