Helping Bay Area buyers and sellers find and feel at home.
A true Bay Area native, Amelia Kennedy brings a creative eye, deep local roots, and genuine care to every client relationship. Having lived in four Bay Area counties — Sonoma, San Francisco, Marin, and Alameda — she understands the diversity of the region and what makes each community unique. Her broad experience across the Bay Area has also given her a strong network of agents and local professionals, which she draws upon to help her clients succeed in an ever-changing market.
Born and raised in Sonoma County, Amelia later moved to San Francisco, where she spent nearly three decades, purchased her first home in the Sunset District, and raised her four children. That experience gave her firsthand insight into the joys and challenges of homeownership and a deep empathy for her clients as they navigate their own journeys.
Her love for homes began early. She grew up watching her father, a master cabinetmaker, build custom kitchens filled with warmth and beauty, and spent summers tagging along with her grandfather, a Realtor®, as he prepared homes for sale. Those experiences sparked her lifelong fascination with transforming spaces into beautiful homes that reflect the people who live in them.
Before becoming a Realtor®, Amelia worked as a professional photographer, with her work appearing in Rolling Stone, Spin, The New York Times, and Vice Magazine. That creative background gives her a unique advantage when it comes to marketing and presentation, from staging and photo direction to helping buyers see the potential in every home.
Amelia began her real estate career in 2017 assisting two top-producing San Francisco agents, where she gained hands-on experience in luxury marketing, negotiation, and client service. She has since expanded her work to include the Oakland-Berkeley and Marin markets, often helping clients transition between Bay Area communities. Appreciated for her humor, creativity, and calm presence, Amelia brings ease and confidence to even the most complicated transactions.
When she’s not with clients, Amelia can be found exploring the Bay Area’s neighborhoods with her dog, browsing crystal shops, or watching live music with friends. Her clients joke that she should be a tour guide because she seems to know every nook and cranny across the Bay. Grounded in her own experiences and guided by a genuine desire to help others, Amelia finds deep joy in leading her clients to the place that feels like home.
