I love houses. Haven’t met a house yet that I didn’t want to see inside and out. On that level, and living in one of the most superb geographical areas in the world, every day is just good fun.

What satisfies on a deeper level is advocating for my clients. Fighting for a good deal, but always ensuring a fair deal. Creating an honest and professional transfer of real property from one party to another. Strategizing, problem solving and arriving at good solutions.

Florida, California, Tennessee, Florida, California, Hawaii, California . . . everywhere my military father was stationed, he bought a house. And in those days, you piled the kids in the back of the station wagon and the whole family went house shopping. That was my very early preparation for becoming a real estate agent.

After obtaining a degree in Sociology, I headed for law school and practiced law for eighteen years. Both the education and the practice honed the skills that are just as valuable to a realtor as they are a lawyer.

When I was practicing law, I specialized in adoptions and guardianships – I built families. Now I put families into homes. These are essential needs and desires. My clients appreciate that I listen to them and work hard for them.
