Alicia Chin has lived in Marin County for over 30 years. Born and raised in Mill Valley, she currently resides in Novato with her husband, 2 daughters and son.
During college, Alicia opened her own small business, a women’s shoe store in San Francisco’s Mission district. While running her own business, she learned the importance of valuing all customers and catering to each of their specific needs. After many years of running her own successful store, she realized she not only loved customer service but also had a knack for it. When she set her next career goal on becoming a real estate agent, Alicia decided to learn more about the industry through an administrative role at a top Bay Area brokerage. During this time, she closely watched and studied the way realtors interacted with their clients, what made them successful and their effective business strategies. Alicia was also introduced to a large network of real estate agents and dependable vendors, opening a number of doors for her future real estate career and confirming her decision to become a realtor.
For Alicia, becoming a realtor in Marin County was an obvious choice. Her love and knowledge of the area makes helping sellers and buyers a breeze. Something that truly sets Alicia apart is her honest empathetic approach to real estate. To her, the key to success is being mindful of her client’s goals while also providing honest and realistic feedback. By listening to her client’s needs, she is able to take everything into consideration and logically solve any problems that may arise throughout the transaction process. It is Alicia’s greatest gift to be able to help people fulfill their real estate dreams, especially new families looking for a home.
In her free time, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family. Cooking, reading at the library, sports, or doing joint craft projects.
