Serving clients throughout Sonoma, Marin, and the greater Bay Area, Alex specializes in multi-unit and investment properties, guiding buyers and sellers through the complexities of owning and managing income-producing real estate. Beyond income properties, he provides full-service representation for first-time buyers, move-up sellers, relocations, and downsizers—bringing the same data-driven, hands-on approach to every price point. Alex’s background in property management, consulting, and multi-unit ownership gives clients deep insight into asset preservation, budgeting, and operational efficiency. Before joining Corcoran Icon Properties, he managed multi-family and single-family communities, overseeing budgets, maintenance, and compliance. This is complemented by his personal experience as an owner/operator of a triplex and his family’s management of a 24-property multi-unit portfolio since 2009. This gives him firsthand experience with investment strategy, leasing operations, and long-term portfolio growth. Alex prides himself on communication, transparency, and creating stress-free real estate experiences. Earlier in his career, he served in the Peace Corps, developing a deep appreciation for community service and adaptability. A lifelong Californian and graduate of CSU Stanislaus, Alex enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and exploring the North Bay's trails with his dogs, George & Hank. He believes in balance, service, and the power of meaningful connections.
